The site manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the camp, ensuring the safety and well-being of all campers and staff, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for all participants. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, as well as strong leadership and organizational skills* This role will involve leading Holiday Camps at one of our new location in at Yarm school during the main School Holidays.* The successful candidate needs to demonstrate enthusiasm, a ‘can do’ attitude and initiative. We provide full training and ongoing support and a whole lot of fun!* An Enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.* A full driving licence and your own vehicle is essential.* A Paediatric First Aid qualification is also essential.Working hours:* Holiday Club hours will be 8:00am – 6:00pm, 5 days a week.* Other sessions may be available.
