This short-term opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in managing live construction sites and delivering high-quality work under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a live commercial refurbishment
* Coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, and ensure programme adherence
* Uphold health & safety standards and site compliance
* Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams
* Maintain site documentation and quality assurance procedures
What you'll have:
* Proven experience in commercial refurbishment projects
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Ability to manage RAMS, H&S, and QA processes
* Experience working in live environments is highly desirable
