About the Role As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role not only in delivering excellent customer experiences, but also in supporting and strengthening the wider sales team. You’ll guide customers through every stage of their vehicle‑buying journey — from initial enquiry and test drive through to finance options and vehicle handover — while also stacking deals, assisting colleagues to finalise sales, and helping to develop and support our current team of Sales Executives. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the full sales process, including vehicle selection, finance, insurance and accessory options Stacking and structuring deals, supporting Sales Executives to close sales effectively and compliantly Providing day‑to‑day support and guidance to the Sales Executive team, helping them progress deals and improve performance Delivering a consistently high standard of customer experience from first contact through to vehicle handover Building strong, professional relationships with customers, tailoring your approach to individual needs Generating new business opportunities through prospecting and follow‑up using methods that suit your strengths Working closely with the management team to support sales targets and overall showroom performance About You We’re looking for someone with proven experience as a Sales Executive within the motor industry, who is ready to take on a more senior, supportive role within the team. You’ll be a strong fit for this position if you can demonstrate: A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Confidence in structuring and closing deals and supporting others to do the same A positive, professional and supportive approach with colleagues Clear, honest and engaging communication skills High standards of integrity and customer care Energy, motivation and a desire to help others develop A full UK driving licence is essential.
