We’re partnering with a long-established manufacturer supplying specialist solutions to construction projects nationwide.
We’re now looking for a motivated individual to join the sales team in an entry-level role that focuses on project research and lead generation.
You’ll help uncover upcoming projects — from hospitals and stadiums to bridges, rail infrastructure, commercial buildings and iconic landmarks — and connect the sales team with the right contractors and decision-makers.
This is a great opportunity to develop commercial, research and stakeholder-mapping skills in a supportive environment.
🔎 What You’ll Be Doing
* Research and track upcoming construction projects using online tools, databases and phone-based research.
* Identify main contractors, subcontractors and key stakeholders for the sales team to engage with.
* Keep project data and leads up to date in the CRM.
* Provide insights that help the sales team focus on the best opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues in business development and sales.
🙌 About You
* Experience in project research, sales coordination, sales admin or lead generation (or a similar data-driven role).
* Confident using online research tools, CRM systems and Excel.
* Strong communication skills – written, verbal and over the phone.
* Analytical, organised and detail-oriented.
* Curious, collaborative and keen to grow into a client-facing sales role.
