HR Manager
Newly Weds® Foods Ltd is looking to recruit an HR Manager in our Banbury site.
As a member of the Site Leadership Team, you will work with colleagues, both internal and external to site, to plan, develop and implement strategic and operational plans. The role will have a strong emphasis on developing the sites’ culture, values, and communications to ensure the corporate goals are achieved.
Enhancing employee contribution through an innovative staff engagement programme is a key feature.
You will line manage our Senior HR Advisor, HR Officer, and Operations Coordinator.
This role requires a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management, along with experience in managing multiple ER cases, a calm and level approach, neutrality, professionalism and the ability to be both hands on and strategic.

We are a leading privately owned global food ingredients business who have been trading since 1932. The European division is rapidly growing and is a market leader in the manufacture of food coatings, seasonings and functional ingredient systems.
In the UK we have four sites, Banbury in Oxfordshire, Corby in Northamptonshire, Jigsaw in Nottinghamshire and Ossett in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will be based in Banbury which has 280 employees, as well as our site in Corby, which has 40 employees, so the ability to drive is essential.
Terms and conditions, include:
Salary - between £57,000 to £67,500 depending on skills and experience
Working hours - 35 a week, Monday-Friday, however, the sites runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you may have to work outside of your usual hours.
