Senior Tutor Embedded Recruiter - SEND/Education recruitment 12 month Fixed Term Contract Remote/Hybrid (South East)Embedded via RPO provider (In house) Salary up to £45,000Please note: This opportunity is only suitable for candidates with 8+ years' recruitment experience within the Education and/or SEND sector who are available to start work in the next 4 weeks. Both delivery and 360 recruitment backgrounds will be considered.The role: A fast-growing education business is looking for an experienced recruiter to help build a scalable tutor recruitment engine that can keep pace with demand.
This is not a standard recruiter role and it is not a passive resourcing job. The business needs someone who can own attraction strategy, manage live vacancy flow, improve advert performance, screen candidates properly, build talent pools, and work closely with stakeholders across the business.
You will operate as an Embedded part of the client team, working under their brand and inside their process, while being supported by an RPO partner. The focus is simple: find, engage and convert high-quality tutors across core and niche vacancies, while bringing more structure, control and commercial thinking into recruitment delivery.
