We are seeking a passionate and skilled individual to join our team as a Culinary Specialist. The Culinary Specialist will be responsible for creating delicious meals while ensuring adherence to food safety standards and maintaining a clean workspace.
Duties
* Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
* Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are prepped and ready for service.
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
* Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to customers.
* Participate in inventory management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
* Provide support in training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with a focus on culinary skills.
* Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* A passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation is highly desirable.
