Human Resources Manager – Temporary Full-Time
Location: Newhaven
Hours: 30–37 per week (flexible hybrid working available — up to 50% home-based)
Pay: £18.72 per hour
The Opportunity
A dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager is needed for a temporary full-time role in Newhaven. This is a wide-ranging and strategic position offering the chance to lead the HR function and drive organisational development in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll be responsible for leading HR operations, guiding change, and supporting staff and leadership. The role covers:
* HR Strategy and Advisory
* Oversee all HR functions including policies, compliance, recruitment, and employee relations.
* Offer guidance and support to managers and team members across the organisation.
* Training and Development
* Coordinate and manage staff training and development plans.
* Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
* Payroll Coordination
* Liaise with external payroll providers for accurate processing.
* Support budget planning and implementation of pay reviews.
* Additional Duties
* Draft reports and contribute to decision-making meetings.
* Review internal policies and ensure effective implementation.
* Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners.
