This role will support Touchstone Education, a leading education provider which changes lives across the UK. You will play a vital role in helping us to achieve our sales targets. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of a team with a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience. You will be ambitious and bring an enthusiastic, energetic and can-do presence to the business.
What you will do:
* Make contact with both warm and hot leads, converting these into sales.
* Be confident in negotiations and objection handling.
* Selling the features and benefits of the Company.
* Identify customer needs and provide tailored based solutions and recommendations.
* Working in a highly targeted environment.
* Deliver exceptional service to our customers.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Represent the Company at key events

* Proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets.
* Enthusiastic can-do attitude.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Experience working in a telesales environment would be advantageous.
