Alps Education is a leading EdTech company helping schools and colleges raise student achievement through powerful performance analysis tools. We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to help drive our growth across the UK and internationally, particularly within the education and multi-academy trust (MAT) landscape. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional in EdTech or a graduate seeking a training-led path into educational sales, this opportunity offers support, autonomy, and growth.

Hybrid (2 days in Huddersfield HQ, 3 days remote)
Contract
Full-time or term-time options available
Salary
£30,000 – £35,000 base | £40,000 – £45,000 OTE (uncapped commission & bonus)
What you will do
* Make high-volume, high-quality calls to generate new leads
* Connect with senior school leaders, MATs and international schools
* Deliver engaging, online product demos for Alps Connect and Alps Summit
* Manage your own pipeline from prospecting through to closing
* Hit and exceed individual and team sales targets
Who we are looking for
* Experienced Sales Executives with 2+ years in EdTech/SaaS sales
* Graduates looking to enter the EdTech sector with full training and mentorship
* Education professionals looking for a term-time role using their classroom knowledge in a commercial setting
You’ll need
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence in building relationships and demonstrating products
* Resilience and self-motivation
* Strong IT literacy; CRM experience (Zoho preferred)
