Join Bidwells as an experienced Inhouse Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 6-month fixed term contract to support our busy team during an exciting growth phase as we aim to double our business by 2030. Help shape the future of property consultancy!

Our Talent Acquisition team plays a vital role in identifying and hiring the best real estate and operational professionals across 13 offices nationwide.

This inhouse recruitment / talent acquisition role will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various critical roles, ensuring we strategically attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across the business. You will partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, while actively headhunting and recruiting top-tier professionals to drive our business forward.

What you’ll be doing

* Understand the business, goals and the Bidwells employer proposition.
* Fully understand hiring manager and strategic recruitment needs. Work closely with decision makers and key stakeholders throughout the recruitment process and influence where needed.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from writing compelling job adverts, candidate sourcing through to managing offers, for roles across varied levels and disciplines.
* Proactively lead and manage search and selection campaigns with precision and creativity.
* Candidate engagement and relationship management. Deliver great candidate experience throughout the process.
* Source, filter and screen candidates, coordinate and/or conduct interviews, gather and communicate feedback, and carefully manage outcomes. Advise on, manage and negotiate offers that secure the best talent.
* Utilise, keep up-to-date and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS i.e. Hireful) and candidate pipelines in LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Represent and promote Bidwells’ employer brand professionally and accurately through various channels, including social media and careers events.
* Minimise reliance on agencies by building direct candidate pipelines and nurturing relationships. If needed, liaise with agencies on the PSL – managing correspondence, managing agency candidates and negotiating fees/terms.
* Provide data and update reporting where needed.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
* Collaborate with the People team to deliver seamless offer and onboarding experiences.
* Liaise with partner organisations and platform providers where needed.
* Provide insights to stakeholders on the market and advise on how to attract the best talent.
* Suggest new ideas for efficiencies and candidate sourcing and attraction.
* Support Talent Acquisition team members and with initiatives/projects as needed.

About you

We are ideally looking for someone with the following:

* Proven talent acquisition / recruitment experience (inhouse / internal recruitment preferred).
* Experience of recruiting within the professional services sector would be a bonus, but not essential.
* Motivated, passionate and proactive recruiter with the desire to create an exceptional candidate experience.
* Motivated about recruiting the best people with pace and passion.
* Knowledge and experience of working with an ATS (Hireful would be an advantage).
* Experience of working with, sourcing and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Stakeholder and candidate management, engagement and influencing skills.
* Strong listening skills, and a consultative and collaborative approach.
* Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a busy environment.
* Ability to prioritise a high volume of work and work to tight deadlines.
* Team player.
* Excellent attention to detail.
