Our client:Hays are partnered with a national refurbishment contractor who is in need of a reliable and experienced freelance site manager for a duration of 12 weeks to supervise their refurbishment of a commercial building in the Barmouth area.Your new role:
* Overseeing H&S on site
* Managing subcontractors and labour teams
* Programming
* Client liaison
* Ensuring QA
What you'll need to succeed
* SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are essential
* Previous refurb experience is essential
* An electrical background is desirable
* Live locally to the area
* Available as of mid-July
* Previous UK experience and Right to Work are essential
