We’re working with a well-established luxury furniture and lifestyle retailer looking to hire a A+D Sales Executive to grow their presence within the design community.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys relationship building, networking, and developing new business with interior designers, architects, and developers. With an entrepreneurial feel, you’ll have the opportunity to expand the client base and help grow the brand’s reach beyond London into new markets, whilst earning commission.
You’ll join a social, design-led team, working across two creative showroom spaces with hybrid flexibility — perfect for someone who enjoys sales with a creative edge and building long-term industry relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end trade sales process, from enquiry through to order fulfilment.
* Develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within the interiors and design community
* Build and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, architects, and commercial clients.
* Drive sales growth through account management, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities.
* Deliver a high level of client service, ensuring a consultative and design-led customer experience.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and process orders, quotations, and client communications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally within furniture, interiors, or design-led products.
* Experience working with interior designers, architects, luxury product, or commercial design professionals.
* Strong relationship-building and client management skills.
* Commercially driven with the ability to generate and convert new business opportunities.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously.
* A genuine interest in interiors, design, and premium products.
