The Link Academy is looking to appoint an exceptional Teacher of Food Technology to develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences for all learners. Teaching and Learning is supported by a central team of Subject Directors who are experienced teachers with leadership and mentoring skills who work across our academies supporting teachers in their personal development, data analysis and curriculum planning. Subject Directors have specific areas of focus such as Mathematics, Science, Reading, Writing and Design and Technology. The Values Driven Expectations behaviour model ensures that all learners are well focussed and that there is no low-level disruption in lessons; this allows colleagues to concentrate on leading high-quality teaching to inspire learners. Cutting edge data management processes also mean that key data is provided from the central team, freeing up your time to act on key information to accelerate learners’ progress. Everything we do is developed collaboratively involving many professionals and experts who work together across the Trust, all striving to provide the highest quality provision for our learners.
