Overview

Job role: Head of Estates

Location: Mrifield (with some travel required across South & West Yorkshire)

Hours: Full-time (37hrs)

Salary: £53,000/pa

Hollybank Trust is a charity based in West and South Yorkshire, and we are proud of our reputation for excellence over our rich history. Our mission statement is to provide education, residential care, plus a range of therapies and enrichment activities for children, young people and adults with profound and multiple disabilities. We are now seeking an experienced Head of Estates to lead the strategic development and operational delivery of the Trust’s estate, encompassing maintenance, refurbishment, regulatory compliance, and long-term planning. As a valued member of our Senior Management Team you will also be asked to provide strategic and operational leadership of all Hollybank Trust premises and estates-related services. This includes maintenance, compliance, cleaning, catering, and health & safety across a diverse estate portfolio (residential care, school, hydrotherapy, day services). The role ensures safe, compliant, sustainable, and high-quality environments aligned with the Trust’s mission.
