This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident in managing trades, and committed to delivering projects to an exceptional standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live fit-out project Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site labour Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification Conduct site inductions and maintain health & safety compliance Liaise with the client, project managers, and internal teams Maintain accurate site records, reports, and progress updates Requirements Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out projects SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS Manager Card Strong understanding of health & safety procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to drive productivity and maintain site standards Right to work in the UK
