HR Officer
Location: Coleshill
Salary: Competitive, Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00

Responsibilities
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees
* Support line managers with performance management processes
* Handle employee relations, absence management, and policy updates
* Coordinate training, benefits, and engagement initiatives
* Maintain accurate HR systems and support payroll administration
* Ensure compliance with employment law and HR best practice
* Promote employee engagement initiatives
* Administration of company benefits
* Participate and lead internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation is available and accurate
What We're Looking For
* Previous HR experience, ideally within logistics but not essential
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR processes
* Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* CIPD Level 3 or above (or working towards)
* A proactive, flexible approach and attention to detail
* Excellent attention to detail
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
* Proactive and problem-solving attitude
