Deliver transformational change through Organisation Design (OD) as part of Business & Digital Transformation capabilities, supporting initiatives to realize benefits for the Air sector.
Partner with major transformation programmes to support OD strategy and ensure people-related benefits are achieved.
Assess impact on people and organization, working with HR and leadership to model structures using OD software like Orgvue.
Plan and implement 'to-be' organizational and role states on complex programmes.
Enable local OD activities, share best practices, and coach colleagues on delivering change.
Govern and measure OD benefits, contributing to wider Organisation Effectiveness and Resilience strategies.
Required Experience and Skills:
1. Experience delivering change programmes across organizational structures and teams.
2. Knowledge of Organisational Design and its role in change initiatives.
3. Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
4. Experience in continuous improvement.
Desirable:
1. Experience in OD consultancy and project management.
2. Experience with Orgvue or similar OD software platforms.
3. Degree in Business, Technology, HR, or Legal.
4. Postgraduate qualification or CIPD Level 5/7.
