 
        
        Microsoft Power Platform Developer
A well‑known FinTech company, specialising in financial risk assessment products, is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to develop, support, and continuously improve data integration, workflow automation, and custom application solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse). The role involves building a Power Platform Centre of Excellence and supporting the rollout of these skills across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, ensuring scalable, user‑friendly applications that enhance business efficiency and support digital transformation.
 * Design and implement custom applications, workflows, plugins, integrations, and automations across the Power Platform.
 * Integrate custom business data with Microsoft Dataverse and collaborate with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Functions, and Service Bus.
 * Participate in the full development lifecycle: planning, analysis, design, delivery, and support.
 * Integrate with APIs and other platforms to provide seamless data flow within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
 * Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the Power Platform Centre of Excellence, including best‑practice guidelines and training materials.
Required Experience & Skills
 * Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform development, including current trends and emerging standards.
 * Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
 * Hands‑on experience developing custom applications, workflows, plugins, and integrations.
 * Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) and DevOps release engineering.
 * Experience with the full software development life cycle.
 * Ability to integrate and interact with external APIs and the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
The successful candidate will earn up to £75,000 annually, and benefit from a competitive package that includes generous bonus and pension contributions, a training budget, health coverage, travel loans, and a range of soft perks.
Location: Central London headquarters. The team works onsite two days per week. Remote work options are available as part of the overall engagement.
