A principal contractor are currently seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager with a strong background in Facade Remediation to join a live project in Cambridge.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a £1.5m facade remediation project, overseeing subcontractors, programme, and health & safety. The role is fully site-based and reports into a Contracts Manager who will attend site on a weekly basis. The project is starting on 2nd March and run until Christmas.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within Facade Remediation
* Strong experience managing live sites
* Confident overseeing subcontractors, programme, QA and H&S
* Experience using Viewpoint and Field View systems (essential)
* Bases within an hour of Cambridge
