We need handymen with a background in painting, plastering, carpentry, or electrical work to help us in a refurbishment process.
Tasks
1. Fix all items reported as requiring attention.
2. Identify and repair any items that are starting to give in.
3. Provide a quick turn-around for setting up of new properties - collaborate closely with Setup Manager for doing so.
4. Ensure gardens are fully tidy and clean at all times.
5. Keep paved areas/slabs weed-free at all times.
6. Log the number of maintenance issues originating from guests and communicate this information to the Property Manager.
7. Communicate the number of complaints if confronted to the Property Manager.
8. Assist with setting up rooms and other areas by performing tasks like installing headboards and assembling furniture.
Requirements
1. Basic DBS check (can be provided after the interview).
2. Right to work in the UK.
