The Job:
Planned and reactive maintenance to occupied residential properties. Tasks include hanging doors, fitting kitchens/bathrooms, changing taps, general snag work, etc.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday. Hours generally range from 8.5 to 9.5 per day, with opportunities for overtime and weekends.
Rate:
Up to £22 per hour, depending on experience.
