Main duties include:
* Lead and manage the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's values and goals.
* Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.
* Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
* Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks.
* Maintain accurate records of employee leave, deployment, and work schedules, while monitoring performance and providing coaching and development opportunities.
Skills and Education:
* Proven experience as an HR Manager, with a background in recruitment or employee relations
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
