We are recruiting for a Site Manager for St Gregory’s Catholic Primary School Salary Range: Grade 6 (Point 12-17) £27,711 - £30,060 FTE 37 hours per week 7.30am – 4.00 pm (1 hour lunch) St Gregory’s Catholic Primary School is a happy, successful and well-respected primary school which is part of the Emmaus Catholic MAC. The school has an excellent reputation as well as enjoying a strong partnership with the parish community. We are seeking to appoint an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in building maintenance, statutory checks, health and safety, building compliance and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on professional who can oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety at every stage. We are looking for someone who is able to build strong relationships and engage successfully with all staff, children, families and other members of the community and importantly is willing to become fully involved in the wider life of the school. The successful candidate will work with the wider estates team and be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day management and operational premises related functions, including buildings and grounds maintenance, security, lettings, cleaning and management of contractors. It is essential that the successful candidate has strong literacy and numeracy skills, be first aid trained and / or be willing to undertake this training, have working knowledge or relevant qualifications in Health and Safety and have completed Safeguarding training and / or be willing to undertake this training. The successful candidate must be flexible and be willing to support open days / events to support the school Principal.
