We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Quality Manager to join our team on the circa £40m Pontoon Dock project. As the Quality lead for the project you will be responsible for implementing the quality requirements as detailed in the Rail IMS Quality Management Plan
Role Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain compliance withe the MSI IMS.
* Review of all QC related documents (ITPs, Record Packs, MCRs, NCRs, QA Submissions).
* Maintain QC Surveillance Schedule.
* Manage project audit performance.
* Develop and maintain a strong quality culture
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
* Previous experience in civil engineering
* Good IT Skills
* Technical authoring experience is preferred.
* Preference for previous experience in Network Rail projects and understanding of NR Standards/Process
* MCQI (must have)
* Lead auditor (must have) with experience in offsite factory auditing (strong preference)
* Initiative-taking self-starter, able to work independently.
* Able to lead a project, develop a strong Quality culture, positively influence a project team.
* Be commercially aware.
* Rail experience desirable.
