Customer Services Manager

Overview
The Customer Service Manager supports customers, Barco partners and services delivered by Barco with on-time administrative support and communication. Utilizing his/her skills and knowledge, the CSM will provide guidance and advice to lead a staff of customer service coordinators.
Responsibilities: include monitoring, investigating, providing in-depth reporting for the following:
1. Creates quotations for repairs or interventions when necessary and follow-up till approval or rejection
2. Performs daily follow-up on the status of ongoing repair
3. Coordinates the shipments of repaired units and material
4. Oversees the return of defective material
5. Sends out the invoices or credit notes for all the repairs, interventions or sends out material
6. Manages the entire flow of the purchase of requested parts: he/she creates sales orders in our ERP system, checks the availability of the purchased spare parts and creates the invoice
7. Represents the customer’s requirements and needs in the HQ Service organization
8. Interacts with the various internal stakeholders (eg Technical Support Engineers, Traffic, Warehouse, Finance planning, production, sales, service ,..)
9. Address the service orders in a swift manner
10. Drives customer satisfaction
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree and/or business experience with 7 to 10 years industry experience.
2. Must be fully computer literate with strong analytical thinking, communication & writing skills.
4. Think in a disciplined and logical manner
6. Anticipating potential problems to proactively take action
7. SAP and Sales Force System knowledge
8. Experience managing a team
