You will join us on a full time (37 hours), full year basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus staff benefits. To fully support improvement across all areas of the college, including subcontractors and partners. To drive excellence and provide targeted support in areas of underperformance. The primary duties, tasks and responsibilities of this job role are: Carry out quality assurance and monitoring processes and produce reports and supporting evidence as required. Lead quality monitoring activity where required and support curriculum teams. Support the planning, review and development of quality policies, procedures and practices to support quality assurance and improvement. Assure the quality of other college policies and contribute to their review and revision. Lead cross-college network groups to support quality improvement for assessment and internal quality assurance. Lead on the quality assurance and monitoring processes for subcontracted provision and undertake due diligence and procurement for subcontractors The essential requirements for this role are: Degree or equivalent Teaching qualification: CertEd, PGCE, DTLLS Experience of FE quality processes and reporting Experience in an advisory role Experience in developing teaching and assessment practice through observation and support Experience of delivering qualifications Experience of using Microsoft Office suite including Excel and Word Safeguarding statement Cambridge Regional College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
