The Temp HR Administrator at our Willand site will be the first point of contact for HR enquiries and project work. You will engage with employees, managers and the team to provide HR Administrative support where needed.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure all employee files are compliant to legislation, updated, accurate and always audit ready.
* Compile HR KPI's, action plan and track improvements
* Consolidate information and provide a senior management report of all data accurately
* Understand Time and Attendance and able to execute the wages
* To track changes in various KPI statistics and graph the trend line of improvements
* To support the HR manager in the administration of the engagement program, modern slavery agenda, and development strategies.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have experience within the HR function in a fast paced environment.
Key requirements
* Previous experience in a similar HR role
* Experience of HR matrices would be desirable but not essential
* Word, excel, graphs, and HR systems is essential
* experience of written and verbal communication is essential along with the confidence to expedite and a high level of attention to detail.
* Agility and quick problem-solving in a dynamic, high- pressure environment
