What You Will Do:
* Maintain and develop the companys Business Management System, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
* Manage internal audits and liaise with the Technical Manager to address technical and product:related issues.
* Supervise the testing and recording of non:conforming products, ensuring compliance with established procedures.
* Act as the principal contact for customer auditors and external certification bodies, representing the company with professionalism.
* Oversee the calibration of in:house testing equipment and ensure timely and accurate record:keeping.
* Coordinate Health and Safety initiatives, including risk assessments and monthly meetings, while maintaining defined housekeeping standards.

* Strong research and analytical skills to identify and address quality challenges effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with teams, customers, and external auditors.
* A solid understanding of business management principles and experience in managing quality systems.
