Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and procedures aligned with organisational goals.
* Manage recruitment processes using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo or PeopleSoft, ensuring efficient talent acquisition.
* Maintain and optimise HR Information Systems (HRIS) including Workday to ensure accurate employee data management.
* Supervise HR team members, providing guidance and support in daily operations and strategic projects.
* Lead employee engagement initiatives, performance management programmes, and organisational development activities.
* Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve HR practices.
* Conduct presentations on HR policies, organisational changes, or training programmes for management and staff.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies across all organisational levels.
* Collaborate with management to develop succession planning strategies and optimise workforce planning.
Skills
* Extensive experience working with HRIS platforms such as Workday or PeopleSoft.
* Proficiency in ATS tools like Taleo for recruitment management.
* Strong management skills with proven experience supervising HR teams or departments.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse audiences at all organisational levels.
* Solid understanding of human resources principles, employment law, and best practices.
* Data analysis skills to interpret HR metrics and generate actionable insights.
* Presentation skills to deliver training sessions or organisational updates confidently.
