Location: Cambridge Institute, CB2 0RE
Rate of Pay: £32,000 - £35,000 plus bonus
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 08:00am - 16:30pm
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure all staff carry out tasks in accordance with company health, hygiene, quality and safety standards
* Looking after a team of 1 HC, 1 CDP, 1 GA & 1 KP
* Creating and managing staff rotas and schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all events and operations
* Providing guidance, support, and leadership to the catering team, ensuring high standards of service and performance
* Overseeing food and beverage ordering, storage, and stock levels to minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources
* Managing the catering for up to 600 covers at site
Our ideal candidate will have
* Contract Catering background
* Good knowledge of excel, word and outlook
