Senior Site Manager – GBP30M Student Accommodation, Southampton.
I am currently working with a respected regional contractor who is looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for an exciting GBP30M student accommodation project in Southampton. This Tier 2 contractor has a proven track record across sectors such as Education, Public Sector, Healthcare, and Residential, and is known for delivering high‑quality projects with a strong pipeline of future work.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
* Day‑to‑day management of site operations on the GBP30M student accommodation scheme.
* Overseeing subcontractors, site staff, and health and safety compliance.
* Working closely with the Project Manager to ensure programme and quality standards are met.
* Valid CSCS card.
* SMSTS certification.
* First Aid qualification.
