HR Administrator – The Vault Distribution Centre
Working Hours – 39 Hours, Full Time
What You’ll Be Doing
As an HR Administrator, you will be supporting our HR Business Partner and Team of Advisors with administrative support. You will be maintaining accurate records, updating employee files and assisting with new starter contracts.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
* Providing strong administration support to our HR Team, including HR Business Partners and Advisors
* Managing the HR email inbox, ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a timely fashion
* Updating employee personal files
* Ensuring Right to Work documentation are up to date and compliant with legal frameworks
* Providing sound advice in HR matters to employees as required
You’ll Need To Have
* Strong, demonstratable administration experience
* Great time management
* A working knowledge of Right to Work requirements
* Some experience using HR systems (desired but not essential)
* Ability to multi-task, prioritising your workload
