What You’ll Be Doing
As a key player in our acquisition team, you will:
* Proactively engage mid-market prospects by dialling inbound PPC leads and contacting existing O2 business customers
* Conduct effective research to deliver credible, high-value customer conversations
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to close
* Present Aerial Direct with professionalism, energy, and passion
* Deliver compelling commercial propositions tailored to customer needs
* Confidently position multiple networks—with O2 at the forefront
* Run engaging virtual meetings and solution presentations
* Showcase strong mobile and telecoms knowledge to build trust and authority
* Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales records
* Build lasting customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business
* Uphold compliance, industry regulations, and ethical sales standards
