HR Officer (Part-time) 6-month FTC
Office-based in Rugby
£33,000 per annum FTE + benefits
2–3 days per week
We’re looking for a proactive HR Officer to join a small but business-critical HR team within a leading international organisation. This office-based role offers part-time hours (2–3 days per week) and the chance to provide a comprehensive HR service across the employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to HR systems, reporting, training, and offboarding.
? Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
* Coordinate inductions, probation reviews & leaver processes
* Maintain HR systems & produce reports/metrics
* Provide payroll data & monitor absences
* Oversee training & development activity
* Ensure compliance and support HR best practice
? About You:
1. 3+ years’ experience in a generalist HR role
2. CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
3. Confident IT user (MS Office; HRIS experience, ideally Cezanne)
4. Excellent attention to detail and organisation
5. Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships at all levels
