Medacs Healthcare have a fantastic opportunity for a agency Recovery Nurse to work as part of surgical recovery services team. We're recruiting a agency Recovery Nurse to work in recovery phases across Glasgow

What You'll Be Doing
You'll deliver high-quality care to patients in the recovery phases of surgery, collaborating with anaesthetists and surgical teams to ensure safe and effective outcomes.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Preparing and monitoring patients pre-, during, and post-surgery
2. Supervising and supporting junior staff
3. Creating evidence-based care plans
4. Ensuring continuity of care across wards
5. Using advanced technology and equipment in a varied caseload
What You'll Need
Essential:
6. HCPC or NMC Registration (RGN/ODP)
7. Minimum of 6 months UK based Operating Theatre experience
8. Right to work in the UK (No visa sponsorship is available for this role)
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
10. Experience in paediatric recovery
11. Familiarity with digital systems and clinical governance
