Workshop Labourer (Temp to Perm) – Harold Hill We are recruiting for a Workshop Labourer to join a busy workshop team in Harold Hill. This position is offered on a temporary to permanent basis for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Cutting sheet metal using a chop saw Assisting with assembly of metal frames and flanges General workshop support and labouring tasks Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work area Required Skills / Experience: Previous workshop experience, ideally in sheet metal work Experience using a chop saw and basic fabrication tools Good teamwork and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work safely Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 4:40pm Friday: 7:00am – 2:00pm Overtime available for hours over 45 per week Pay: This role will be paid at least the UK National Minimum Wage or National Living Wage, as applicable based on age: £12.71 per hour for workers aged 21 and over £10.85 per hour for workers aged 18 to 20 £8.00 per hour for workers aged 16 to 17 or apprentices (where applicable) Job Type: Temporary to PermanentWe welcome applications from experienced workshop labourers who are keen to establish a longer-term role with opportunity for overtime.
