Requirements for the Labourer Role: Previous general labouring or groundwork experience is essential. High-visibility jacket and hard hat (both will be provided on-site). Steel-capped boots (required). Ability to follow instructions accurately on a day-to-day basis. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
