Company Overview
Our client is an established Design & Build contractor delivering industrial, commercial and automotive projects across the UK, who specialise in steel-frame construction including warehouses, industrial units, dealerships and commercial developments.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint multiple experienced Site Managers to join the business.
The Role
Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of projects ranging from £4m-£20m. Projects are predominantly industrial and steel-frame developments, with work mainly across Yorkshire but also nationwide when required.
Typical site teams are small and collaborative, usually consisting of a Contracts Manager, Site Manager and Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily site operations and subcontractors
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to budget
* Coordinate programme delivery and site logistics
* Attend client and progress meetings
* Maintain quality and health & safety standards
* Build strong relationships with clients and project teams
Experience Required
* Previous Site Management experience within industrial or commercial construction
* Steel-frame or warehouse/sheds experience preferred
* Strong client-facing communication skills
* Design & Build project experience advantageous

Package
* £45,000-£50,000+ basic salary
