Job Description:

We’re Hiring: HR Administrator (Learning and Development)

Location: Cookstown
Hours: 36.25 per week
Pay: £13.54 per hour

Are you passionate about supporting professional growth and delivering top-tier administrative services? Join our Learning and Development Support Team and help shape the future of workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital part of the Learning and Development Centre, you’ll:

* Deliver confidential, high-quality admin support across all L&D functions
* Manage course materials, records, and reception duties
* Maintain and optimise Learning Management Systems
* Collaborate with subject experts to produce professional training content
* Generate reports and statistics to support decision-making
* Coordinate events, bookings, and logistics for training programmes
* Ensure smooth operation of IT/AV resources and certification processes
* Uphold excellent customer service standards for all centre visitors and queries
* Support internal communications and branding through high-quality design work
* Assist with staff records, medical appointments, and policy guidance

To apply, you must meet one of the following:

Education & Experience

* 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) including English and Maths, plus 2 years’ experience in L&D administration OR
* 4 years’ experience in L&D administration

Skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office applications
* Strong planning, organisation, and attention to detail
* Committed to delivering outstanding customer service
