Site Manager

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take overall responsibility for the technical delivery of construction projects or sections of projects. You will play a key role in managing health and safety, quality, environmental, and commercial aspects to ensure projects are delivered successfully.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee technical compliance and ensure works meet contract specifications and drawings
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams
* Lead and develop junior staff, including appraisals and ongoing support
* Identify and resolve issues proactively to support smooth project delivery
* Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards in health, safety, and quality
* Undertake any other duties relevant to the role
Requirements
* Degree or equivalent in a construction-related subject
* Main contractor experience with strong technical knowledge
* Proven experience as a Site Manager for main contractor
* CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work and Safety Level 1 qualification, SC Clearance
* Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts
* Strong commercial awareness and excellent interpersonal skills
