Sales Executive Role This role is all about converting warm/hot leads-customers who have already registered interest online but havent completed a purchase yet. Youll be: Calling leads generated via our website (warm prospects) Taking inbound calls and guiding customers through the buying journey Reigniting interest by selling features and benefits clearly and confidently Listening for buying signals and overcoming objections Building rapport and closing sales through consultative B2C conversations Keeping your pipeline and activity up to date in Salesforce / CRM What Were Looking For in our Sales Team We will only consider applicants with clear contact centre sales experience.
