We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Customer Service Manager to join our clients team based at their site in Whetherby Our client is a successful manufacturer, distributor & retailer of artisan pizza ovens. We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis, therefore meaning if successful you'll be employed directly by our client. What you'll be doing: You will be in charge of the day to day operations and running of the business., with no two days being the same. Developing new business by generating leads, making outbound calls, conducting face to face meetings along with showroom visits. Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients. Confidently communicating with customers, providing quotes and closing sales. Dealing with advanced sales and customer queries, offering product knowledge and support. Work closely with logistics & 3rd parties to plan, the dispatch and delivery of orders. Processing & responding to all new enquiries in a timely manner, whilst ensuring all customers requirements and needs are met. Ensuring in-house systems are kept up to date. Delivering the best customer service possible with every interaction. Your Skills: A track record of sales achievements is essential for this role. Strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner. Able to build trusted relationships with new and existing customers. Experience working within a fast-paced customer service and sales management role. Good negotiation and organisational skills. Passionate about sales, with hunger to exceed weekly and monthly targets. Ambitious and wants to grow within a company.
