Overview
We are looking to recruit an Marketplace Sales Executive.
The successful applicant will work 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
As Marketplace Sales Executive, you will manage the day-to-day performance and optimisation of key online marketplaces including Amazon (Vendor and Seller), Tesco, B&Q, Debenhams, eBay, and OnBuy.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales performance across Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, Tesco, B&Q, Debenhams, eBay, and OnBuy.
* Lead day to day EU expansion across Mirakl Connect Integrated Sales channels.
* Utilise aggregation platforms such as Rithum (ChannelAdvisor), Linnworks, and Mirakl Connect to streamline product listings, feed management, and order flow.
* Use keyword and analytics tools (e.g. Jungle Scout, Helium 10) to review performance history, benchmark against competitors, and drive improvements in visibility and conversion.
* Collaborate with internal marketing, product and operations teams, and third-party agencies to deliver high-quality A+ content, infographics, and optimised listings.
* Ensure accurate and enriched product data across all marketplaces using the company’s Product Information Management (PIM) system.
* Monitor and analyse marketplace analytics, ad campaign performance, and user behaviour to identify opportunities for optimisation.
* Plan, execute, and evaluate paid media campaigns including Amazon Sponsored Ads and other platform advertising tools.
* Ensure stock levels, product availability, and pricing strategies are coordinated with the operations and supply chain teams.
* Produce regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the wider team.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience managing marketplace accounts (Amazon Vendor/Seller, Tesco, B&Q, Debenhams, eBay, and OnBuy).
* Proficient in using online aggregation and integration tools such as Rithum, Linnworks, or Mirakl Connect.
* Strong understanding of e-commerce keyword research, product listing optimisation, and competitive benchmarking.
* Experience with PIM systems and managing structured product data.
* Competence in using analytics platforms, dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
* Knowledge of paid advertising tools within marketplaces, including budget management and KPI tracking (ACoS, ROAS, etc.).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders across departments and agencies.
* Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
