Contract to the end of 2026. Based in Derby. Offering £41ph Inside IR35.

As the Supply Chain and Quality Manager, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.
Responsibilities
* Suppliers' performance monitoring
* Load and capacity analysis
* Rate readiness analysis
* Supply chain intelligence management
* Transfer of work management
* Design change industrialisation management
* Correction: non-conformity eradication (Events / SARI / QSR / Concessions)
* Prevention: implementation and management of APQP and quality improvement plan (SQIP)
* Risks identification and assessment
* Mitigation plan definition and execution
* Governance
Skillset and Qualifications
* Strong stakeholder management ability
* Industrial background and culture within the Aerospace industry
* Data analysis and synthetic reporting
* Practical problem solving
* Crisis and recovery management
* Project management basics
