Fawkes & Reece are looking for a temporary Night Site Manager for up to 6 months on a student accommodation project based in Glasgow City Centre. You will be working for a well-established, national main contractor who specialises in key construction projects such as RC frame multi storey, Hotels and Student Accommodation.
As Night Site Manager you be overseeing site teams on a 450-bedroom student accommodation project in Glasgow City Centre.
Hours of works: Monday to Friday 4.30 pm to 9 pm to start asap !!!
Key responsibilities:
As Site Manage you will be responsible for:
• Supervising a full site team including subcontractors on site
• Ensuring the package is on time against programme
• Ensure the Site team adhere to H & S Compliance.
• Ensure the Site team adhere to the high quality of works to meet the clients’ demands.
• Ensuring the safety of all site personnel
• Ensure all paperwork is correct and updated
• Reporting and handover to ready for the Site Manager in the morning.
Skills and Experience:
• SMSTS
• Previous Site Manager with multi story RC Frame experience is preferred.
• Excellent Health and Safety knowledge.
• Holds valid CSCS card
• Valid First Aid certificate
Benefits:
• Hourly rate - £25 to 27 per hour
