Position: Site Manager – Cladding Remediation, Norwich. Duration: 18‑month fixed‑term contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring project delivery to programme and budget
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site staff
* Maintain high safety, health, and quality standards on site
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and project teams for smooth communication
* Monitor progress and report regularly on site performance
* Ensure compliance with all statutory and project‑specific regulations

* Proven experience managing cladding remediation projects
* Strong site management and leadership skills
