HR Administrator - Northampton
Salary: up to £28,500 + Annual discretionary bonus + Benefits (including cycle to work scheme, car scheme, health cash plan)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line support for HR-related queries, resolving where possible and escalating when needed.
* Monitor and manage the HR inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently.
* Keep employee records up to date and assist with payroll administration.
* Draft and issue employment documentation, including contracts and amendments.
* Coordinate onboarding for new starters and manage leaver processes.
* Minute taking of ER cases.
* Support recruitment and learning and development activity as required.
Skills & Experience Required
* Experience in a similar HR Administrator or HR Assistant position
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel
* Well organised, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
* A genuine desire to progress within HR, gain further qualifications, expand your HR knowledge and progress within your HR career.
Working Model
Hybrid working, with 3 to 4 days per week based in the Northampton office, this role is Monday - Friday normal office hours.
