These are excellent opportunities to become the first point of contact for members, clients, and visitors, while delivering a high-quality, professional service. Key Responsibilities: Meet and greet all visitors, members, and clients in a professional manner. Provide an exceptional end-to-end service for members and external clients. Answer and manage all incoming reception switchboard calls, fielding enquiries across the organisation as required. Oversee and manage bookings for meeting spaces, ensuring smooth coordination and professional standards. Ensure all meeting rooms are set up correctly and maintained to agreed procedures. Manage refreshments provision, including catering orders, set-up, tidying, and replenishment. Support day-to-day office operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience in a Front of House, Reception, or hospitality role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive and flexible attitude with attention to detail.
