Technology Resourcer
Overview
As a Technology Resourcer at C-Serv, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier technical talent across various domains. Your strategic approach to sourcing will directly impact our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our clients and maintain our reputation as a leader in technology consulting. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs, ensuring that we bring the best candidates into our organization. You will be a self starter with the ability to build and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and understand hiring requirements.
2. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
3. Executive Search & Headhunting: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates through targeted search strategies and direct approaches.
4. Conduct initial phone screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for open positions.
5. Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate tracking of recruitment processes.
6. Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, creating a talent pipeline for current and future needs.
7. Monitor industry trends and market intelligence to effectively position C-Serv as an employer of choice.
8. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract a diverse range of candidates.
9. Provide insightful reports and analysis on sourcing effectiveness and recruitment metrics.

Requirements
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven expertise in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in the dynamic technology sector.
3. Familiarity with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidates.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment processes.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Passion for technology and an understanding of the current tech trends and skills in demand.
8. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
This is a remote role, the ideal will need to able to travel for internal meetings held in the north of the UK, no overseas applications will be accepted for this position.
